I had 2 heat pumps installed at my house. They worked great the first season. The next, the could not keep the floor cool at all. I called and asked for my warranted service. They wanted to charge me a service fee, labour and who knows what. My warrantee was not over and the unit was less than a year old. Do not use this company. They do not honour their warranties!

Had my furnace die within two weeks of moving, their emergency service was super quick. They didn’t try to upsell me on the biggest, best and most expensive unit, but they gave me options to choose from. Very thankful for that. Technician explained deficiencies in my older home and showed me how to improve the air flow. I was skeptical at first but my top floor bedroom finally gets heat and AC now rather than just having to deal with it in the winter and summer extremes. Abrams really does care about their customer’s comfort. Very knowledgeable and I’d recommend them any day!
