I recently bought a house, and the previous owner had purchased an AC unit from this seller. When I moved in, the AC was not working and was not cooling the home at all. I had it checked by Reliance and a local technician, and both confirmed that there was a leak, which was the reason the AC wasn’t working. Since the AC was only one year old and still under warranty, I contacted the seller directly. From my experience, it seems this is not an actual business but rather a one-person operation — he always answered the calls himself and came to the house personally. Instead of acknowledging that there was a problem with the AC or any leakage, he kept giving excuses. First, he claimed that my thermostat had issues and told me to plug in the common wire — I did that, but it didn’t fix anything. Then he suggested turning the AC off and on after some time — still no results. Next, he asked me to run the heat for 15 minutes and then turn the AC on again — still nothing. After that, he insisted I change the thermostat completely and said I should avoid smart thermostats because they “always have issues.” When I questioned him and did not agree right away, he started talking to me very rudely. I asked him clearly if he was 100% sure the thermostat was the problem, and what would happen if the AC still didn’t work after replacing it. He then claimed that, in that case, the blower would be the issue and demanded more money to check it. When I asked why he didn’t check the blower first, he became extremely rude and eventually told me never to call him again. I strongly suggest avoiding this seller. He does not take responsibility for his products, does not honor warranties properly, and tries to make extra money by misleading customers instead of fixing the actual issue

Top notch work for a fraction that others offer (unit + installation). My old water heater tank was rusted and they came to the rescue. Clean professional work, they do commercial spaces so residential is a cake walk for them. Helpful, considerate, and assessed the most sensible (and not just easiest shortcut work) way of installing the tankless water heater at my basement. Thanks kuya J and B.
