I was very impressed by Bluewater Plumbing! Mike was quick to respond and quote me on work that was needed to be done. Work was scheduled to be done within a couple of days around my schedule. His two employees were professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I am highly recommend this company that I have dealt with many years! Kudos to Bluewater Plumbing!

We called B.P for a blockage in our septic pipe which caused a backup of sewage overflowing in our bathroom and basement. They told us they would come out sometime that day with no approximate time. They sent 2 guys to tell us that our tank was full and needed to be pumped out. They charged us an hr and a half labour each. So we had the tank pumped the next morning and it did not fix the issue. I called back and they said they were too busy to come out today and if they did it would be after hours for them and cost us overtime fees. We have 2 kids under 6 and couldn't use toilets or bath/sinks for 24 hrs already. So we called around and found an amazing guy from another company who came out right away and fixed the issue in no time and went above and beyond. He found every single issue and cause. He was so good that he called to ask if he could stop by to talk to us about it and explain everything and fix the issue for good.
