Bright's Grove Heating & Cooling (AC and Furnace Repair)

This is our third time dealing with Kevin, and each experience has been great. Kevin is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain things and answer your questions. Our air conditioner recently needed to be replaced, and we did shop around but, in all honesty I don't know why we even bothered as Kevin was the one who was the most reasonably priced, and was on budget. Nigel was also great to deal with and was very helpful and informative. Bright's Grove Heating And Cooling will be our first and only call going forward. If you need to replace an existing furnace or air conditioning unit or need a brand new one give Kevin a call you won't be disappointed.

Kevin was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything. He thoroughly diagnosed my AC, showed me exactly what the problem was, fixed it properly, and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Working with Kevin saved me thousands of wasted dollars and fixed my persistent cooling issues. Last year during the heatwave I had to buy 2 portable AC units because my main AC couldn’t keep up. This year I had Kevin come take a look, he diagnosed issues with the vents and fixed it on the spot. I was going to upgrade to an AC unit or a Heat pump and spend $5-8k from all the quotes. Kevin suggested that a Mini Split in the problem area would solve the issue for half the cost. We had the Mini Split installed by Kevin and his colleague last week and my house is handling this current heat wave incredibly well. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will never go to another HVAC provider for diagnosis again. 10/10
