Caseys kitchen accuse me of damaging the kitchen myself, and said it was water damage when it clearly Wasn’t it was the MDF came apart at the bottom This is probably a $200 fix but they’ve continually hassle me and blamed another company and said they no longer deal with that company so instead of fixing it or at least coming to look at it they’ve accuse me of damaging myself and blamed the other company They said that I left water on are hardwood floor now why would anybody do that? They’re full of excuses they don’t stand behind their products. I would never recommend this company to anybody that wants to spend a lot of money on a kitchen although they have good designs. Their quality materials is garbage and they don’t stand behind their carpentry. I feel insulted by her accusations Beware Paul

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the outcome of your warranty inquiry. From the beginning, our team followed the proper process by submitting your concern and photos directly to the product manufacturer, as all cabinetry warranties are ultimately assessed and approved by them. After review, the manufacturer determined that the damage was consistent with moisture exposure to the MDF which expanded and lead to the vinyl wrap over it to crack , which falls outside of warranty coverage. We understand this is frustrating, especially when the issue is unexpected. At no point was our intention to accuse you personally, only to communicate the manufacturer’s findings and the limitations of their warranty policy. While we are no longer a dealer for this product line and do not have the ability to override the manufacturer’s decision, we did provide guidance on how you could proceed, including contacting the manufacturer directly or sourcing replacement components. We truly value our clients and always aim to advocate on their behalf wherever possible. We have a lot of great reviews from our clients and we are proud to serve the Sarnia and Lambton County area for as long as have have. Sorry again, Paul. - The Casey's Team
