DSC Plumbing

In my early experience with this plumbing company things went well, the owner was always very responsive and helpful. I've recently had a disheartening experience that has prompted me to reluctantly post this, but I feel it's important to put awareness out to our community in order to prevent these type of occurences happening to others. 3 years ago we had this company do $20,000 of plumbing upgrades for us, and like I said they were wonderful then and we promptly paid them directly as soon as the work was done. Now we purchased this home from a family member and the basement never leaked, however we continuously had leaking after this plumbing was completed. We come to now find out that for 3 years there was a slow leak happening that was from a Y pipe that wasn't capped and it was drywalled over. Upon having a member of their staff uncover this error (picture attached), we reached out to the owner and they are saying it's not their problem because we didn't get them to do the upstairs work for the rest of our renovations. I'm just suggesting you use caution when deciding to hire this company.
