If I could give zero stars, I would. Our apartment building uses this company for snow removal, and the service has been consistently inadequate. The parking lot and sidewalks are routinely left unsalted, forcing tenants to repeatedly call just to have the job completed properly. On one occasion, they showed up and shoveled a single narrow pass on the sidewalk and left — no salting at all. This week alone, the company was contacted by multiple tenants after being told repeatedly that someone would come out to salt. No one did. When they finally showed up last night (Thursday), they plowed the lot and left again without salting. We immediately called to say the job wasn’t finished. From inside my fourth-floor apartment (windows closed), I could clearly hear the workers in their truck trying to figure out which unit had called, pointing at my apartment, staring at me for several minutes, and making comments. As they were finishing, one of them yelled, “Are you happy now?” Completely rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Earlier this week, they arrived without a salt truck and actually told my husband to take salt from their container and do it himself. That is how I spent my birthday — watching my husband do the job this company is being paid to do. Poor workmanship, lack of follow-through, and openly hostile behavior toward tenants who simply want safe, salted walkways. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Organized to have a these guys roll out some trough but they canceled last minute and then the following day claimed they didn’t have the material they said they did leaving a crew of workers at my place standing around for the second time and I’ve lost two days of work now and still have no trough up rumours about George and the way he operates seem to be on par I recommend this be the last place you hire and only if your desperate lots of other suppliers and eager workers willing to honour there word
