All of the people I dealt with Were very nice and respectful, but unfortunately, I felt the entire time I was just trying to be sold something. After the diagnosis was complete that I needed a new AC and furnace system, The salesman came by and spent almost 2 hours at my house. Felt like I was being grilled and put on the spot to buy and commit to something right away. Asked me questions like “what would you buy right now if you had to pick” And when I told him that I wanted to go with the cheapest Option he seemed taken back by that. I was also trying to be sold a heat pump a new water heater when these are not things that I asked for. I was able to get a new AC and furnace for 5,000 cheaper than handy bros. Personally I would not recommend
