Great quality, pricing & turnaround for my staircase and rec room carpet replacement. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. Install team was excellent - quick, courteous, detail oriented and honestly pretty funny. They even managed the cuts with minimal waste leaving me enough extra to turn into a cat scratcher 😄 Great family-run business through and through. Would highly recommend.

Another great experience at Jim’s. I love the option to use an end of roll piece to turn into a high quality rug. Great for rentals because I can pick it up and take it with me. I’ve purchased 5 or 6 over the past 5 years for various rooms and houses. Quick turn around time, selection, and good quality for a better price than an area rug at HomeSense. Thanks again guys!
