We had a sewage back up into our home from a clogged septic pipe. We originally called Bluewater plumbing to help us. They sent 2 guys out that told us our septic tank was full and we needed a pump out. They charged us an hr and a half labour each for this. The next morning we had the pump out. It did not resolve the issue. We have 2 kids under 6 and couldn't use toilets or drains for 2 days at this point. I called them to see if they could come back. They said they were too busy and they couldn't come out today unless it was after hours which would cost us overtime fees. So instead my husband called around and that's when he found J.R plumbing. He came out that same day and helped us right away and fixed the issue and went ABOVE and beyond customer service. Even offered to stop in after hours to talk to him about it and explain what needs to be fixed properly to avoid further issues. We are so happy with this company. We highly reccomend. It's hard to find quality service these days, so we are thrilled to have found this plumbing business.

My mom had a major drainage backup the day after significant rainfall when J.R. Plumbing was very busy responding to septic system calls due to the weather. They made time to come assess her issue the same day she called. It was a major issue; he returned the very next day, spent the entire day there and fixed all of the multiple problems with her drains. This is the second time Mom has used J.R. Plumbing and both times the service was prompt, professional and resolved the problem completely.

Rick is the best plumber...we have been calling on him for 18 yrs!
