They made me 3 custom sized screens for my windows and they fit perfectly. They even beefed up my patio door screen and added new rollers. Just like new now! We bought our basement windows from Mathesons a few years ago. My husband installed them but he accidentally installed one window upside down so that the drain holes were at the top instead of the bottom. Fast forward to this summer and only then did we realize our mistake. I called Mathesons regarding what to do...the owner came out and checked all the windows, and drilled new holes for us at the bottom of the window that we had installed upside down at NO CHARGE. Then we wanted the outside of the basement windows trimmed out. They came this week and did a super job! The windows look fantastic now. Very good price...the price was $200 less than another quote we had! Very happy with Mathesons...they really do care about their work, and they take care of you!
