NUTECH PEST SERVICES INC

I would love to give this company a higher star rating, however we never made it to getting a service done. I was in touch with the owner, Ken, via phone last week regarding a pretty significant wasp issue that we were having inside our home. After wanting to support a local/small company and having Ken eager to get here within a couple days I felt relieved. Once it got to the day and I hadn’t heard from him, I texted him (texting was what he said worked best to contact him) to inquire if he was still planning on coming. He proceeded to ask what service they were providing, which showed he did not remember our conversation on the phone or had the care to look at our prior texting conversation. Giving the benefit of the doubt I reminded him and he said he could be out before the end of the week. Great! When I asked again for a timeline or general timeframe so I could ensure I was home, I never received a text back, and still have yet to. I was impressed initially with the potential turn around time as I have an infant at home and dealing with as many wasps inside as we have been has been stressful. But unfortunately this company isn’t run well enough to keep tabs on everything or follow up with potential business, which is disappointing. I guess this is why people usually end up calling the big guys.
