Extremely disappointed with my experience at Patene Building Supplies. I was told my delivery would arrive Friday morning, so I arranged equipment, manpower, and scheduled my entire day around receiving the material. The delivery never showed up as promised, and instead of proactively contacting me to advise of delays, I had to repeatedly call their office throughout the day for updates. The explanation I eventually received was that they were short-staffed. While staffing challenges can happen, failing to communicate with customers is unacceptable. There seemed to be little concern for the inconvenience, wasted time, and additional costs their poor scheduling and lack of communication caused. If deliveries are running behind, customers should be notified immediately so they can adjust their plans. Unfortunately, Patene appears to have no effective system in place to manage delivery schedules or keep customers informed when issues arise. A complete lack of customer service and professionalism. I would strongly encourage anyone relying on timely deliveries to consider this before doing business with them. Two thumbs down!! Way down!!

Amazing people with amazing products. Sometimes they sell shouldice. I am not a fan of that.
