If I could give zero stars I would. What a bunch of absolute crooks. My elderly inlaws A/C stopped working during a recent 30+ C degree heat wave and the tech convinced them to replace their entire system (furnace/ac/humidifer) on a ridiculous payment plan that is going to cost them triple. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.
