SBK has done numerous jobs for me and the workmanship is amazing! They were respectful, always on time and were always very professional and fair pricing! I would highly recommend them for all your cement needs, waterproofing etc! I was recently out for a walk by magnolia trails and noticed a job they were working on and it was another spectacular job done!

I would not recommend this company at all. The labourers were unskilled and slow and made multiple mistakes that were only caught because I happened to notice them and demanded they be fixed. A simple, mostly rectangular patio and walkway took 10 weeks to complete, cracked less than 24 hours after it was poured and when it came time to complete the payment for the job the owner tagged on an extra $1300 above his written quoted price, despite all the issues and delays. Dealing with this company was a pain and I would not recommend in any way.
