This company was hired in Autumn 2024 to sod the boulevard of our street. The attached photos, taken only one year and 6 months later, show the result of their lackluster landscaping. They did minimal preparation to the ground, the sod was weed infested when they hastily laid it, and they did not roll it or water it afterwards. Both sides of our street are a disgrace. If this company had any integrity or scruples, they would return to fix their abominable product. Buyer beware, they should be avoided unless you wish to grow thistles and dandelions.

Hello Robert You don't give a location for this work. If this is the work we did in Point Edward, we would like to clear up some information. We were a subcontractor on this work. The contractor is responsible for the topsoil and preparation work, while we are responsible for the sodding. The sod came out of our field weed free, was laid and rolled. It was the contractors responsibility to water the sod and maintain for 30 days. At that time the City inspector comes out verifies the job was completed to specifications and that the sod is growing and weed free. After the 30 days it is the home owners responsibility to maintain the boulevards.
